Any person, who is a United States
citizen, has resided in Billerica for 24
hours and who will be eighteen years of
age on or before the election is
eligible to register to vote. This may
be done in person at the Town Clerk’s
Office/Board of Registrars Office at
Town Hall. Mail-in voter registration
cards are also available from the Town
Hall, Library, Council on Aging and
various other locations. Forms are also
available from the Secretary of State’s
Office by calling 1-800-462-VOTE (8683).
You may also register at the Registry of
Motor Vehicles. You must register to
vote at least 20 days before the
election.
Once you have registered to vote, you
will remain on the Voting List as long
as you answer your Annual Town Census
and/or continue to vote.
The Town of Billerica is divided into
Eleven (11) Voting Precincts.

Any registered voter who will be absent from
Billerica on Election Day may request an
absentee ballot. Absentee ballots CANNOT
be sent without a signed request.
